Your statutory rights
Right of withdrawal (14 days): In accordance with the law, you have 14 days after receipt to return the product without giving any reason. The original delivery costs are refunded. The right of withdrawal may only be exercised from the date the product was delivered.
Statutory guarantee of conformity (2 years): In the event of non-conformity, you have a 2-year statutory guarantee that gives you the right to repair, replacement or refund.

In addition to your statutory rights, you can try your FLINTWRK jacket for 3 full months. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will refund your money.
This commercial guarantee is in addition to the statutory guarantees and does not replace them.

Defective product?
Products with a manufacturing defect are covered by the 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity. They are accepted even after use and washing, and we cover return shipping.

Receive the instructions
We will send you the return address and instructions within 48 hours

Pack and send
Place the jacket and battery in a securely packed parcel. Keep the drop-off receipt.

Processing and refund
Once we receive the return, we inspect the product and issue the refund within no more than 14 days

Want to cancel your order?
✓ Immediate cancellation (internal policy – provided the order has not yet been processed). You may request cancellation within one hour after placing your order. This is a commercial goodwill gesture by FLINTWRK, not a legal obligation. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may then exercise the right of withdrawal from the delivery date.

Has the order already been processed?
If you have received the order confirmation email, your order has been processed. Once you receive it, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal or 90 days to use our satisfaction guarantee.
⚡ Special cases
Defective or damaged product
In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage during transport:
- Take photos of the product and packaging
- Contact us at support@flintwrk.com (recommended within 48 hours to make processing with the carrier easier)
- A replacement product will be sent quickly (depending on stock availability)
- Or an immediate refund if you prefer
- Return shipping is covered by FLINTWRK
This recommended time limit does not limit your rights under the statutory guarantee of conformity (2 years).
Returning only the battery
The battery may only be returned separately in the event of a defect covered by the statutory guarantee. For a standard return, the full set of jacket + battery must be returned.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for a defective product. In that case, it is covered by FLINTWRK.
